Sonalysts, Inc., is seeking an experienced Instructional Developer of applied learning products and services delivered to Department of Defense clients, principally the U.S. Navy. The successful candidate will have proven working relationships with military clients, and have energy and passion for improving human performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work in collaborative, distributed, cross-functional teams to develop, produce, and implement training products and services in a systematic manner that address client needs encompassing training design, curriculum development and revision, learning content in various mode and media, and learner assessment.
You’ll be involved in identifying training gaps and recommending actions to address gaps, and planning, supervising, and producing all instructional material.
Compose training material including task statements, learning objectives, lesson maps, instructional strategies and techniques, lesson plans, learner guides, learning events and activities, test items, and learner interface designs
Develop testing plans and learner assessment instruments including pre-tests, formative and summative evaluations
Develop storyboards, audio and video scripts, graphic and interactive elements
Critically review and test training products

Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing or maintaining technical training curriculum
Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for U.S. Government security clearance

Successful performance as an instructional developer on Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) projects guided by NETC’s Courseware Development and Revision End-to-End (E2E) task-based process
Expertise in Authoring Instructional Material Content Planning Module and Learning Object Module (AIM CPM and LOM)
Experience as a technical instructor
