Operations Research Analyst
Sonalysts, Inc., an employee-owned company and a high-technology service company, is seeking a candidate with strong credentials in undersea warfare operations research methods, mathematical modeling and sonar. Duties include the application of applied mathematics and operations research techniques to solve complex problems as part of a cross-functional team for U.S. Government clients.
What You Need To Bring To The Table (Required Qualifications):
Statement of U.S. citizenship clearly stated in your cover letter or resume
Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistical Analysis, Computer Science or Operations Research. 10 years or more experience in Undersea Warfare Operations Research may substitute for Master’s Degree.
Possess, or be eligible for, a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance
Preferred, but not required, qualifications include:
Experience with military operations research
Experience with search theory
Experience with submarine operations
Experience with operations analysis software tools i.e. MATLAB, SPSS, Mathematica, GIS
