Senior Army Missile Defense Training Analyst
Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking an individual to establish a Sonalysts presence in the Huntsville, AL area focused on the development of new business involving the design, development and fielding of missile defense training and training systems for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
What You Will Be Doing:
Technical coordination with DoD government representatives and other defense contractors to support the development of advanced training simulations and provide program management of scheduling, resources, and technology to ensure timely system delivery. Managing project teams of MD and space subject matter experts (SMEs), software engineers, and modeling and simulation designers. In addition to missile defense, the position will also involve the development of new business in the areas of space, cyber defense, modeling and simulation, and operations analysis.

U.S. citizen, and possess or have recently possessed a SECRET clearance. TS/SCI clearance desired.
Former U.S. Army officer (O-5/O-4) with at least 15 years of experience in the area of Air and Ballistic Missile Defense operations in positions of senior management and technical direction.
One or more tours in a senior position in support of the U.S. missile defense mission to include experience in the planning and fielding of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) systems and programs such as the THAAD and Patriot.
Operational and/or acquisition experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT) and a broad understanding of ballistic missile defense training requirements.
Broad programmatic and technical knowledge of DoD missile defense programs, capabilities, tactics, adversary threat development and operational doctrine.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
